Stephanie Lynn-Crothers (Taylor), 46, of Kalkaska, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 8, 2018, at Munson Medical Center, surrounded by her family who loved and adored her. She was born August 9, 1972, in Traverse City to Steven Evans and Sherry Robbins. Stephanie was a lifelong, respected and admired resident of the Mancelona area. She graduated from Mancelona High School in 1990. She was known as a remarkable, incredible and wonderful woman. Stephanie was immensely loved, will be forever missed, and will always be treasured. Stephanie’s life may seem too short to many, however, those who were touched by her understood that the quality and intensity of her love far exceeds the quantity of time which she lived. Every person that was blessed to know her and be loved by her will feel her loving presence throughout time. Stephanie truly lived life to the fullest, finding bliss in the simple pleasures of life. One of the greatest fulfillments in her life was cooking delicious meals and delectable deserts for her family. She was an avid lover of anything outdoors. You could always find Stephanie cultivating her vegetable garden or taking care of her beautiful flower gardens. She had an immense love for all animals and left behind her best four-legged friend Sarg. Stephanie was most proud and drew the greatest joy from her daughters, Molly and Madison. She was a devoted, supporting, and loving mother. The legacy of Stephanie’s kind spirit, passion for life, love for her family, and magnificent soul will live through those she loved and those who loved her. Stephanie’s song may have ended, but her melody will live on.
